The Aims of the Club, as laid down in the Constitution are to:

Clubs of the WorldThis page contains a searchable list of over 410 mountaineering/hiking clubs from all around the World. If you know of any more, please let me know.  What's NewFind out what changes have been made to the site recently. Every time I change or update something on the site, I make a note here. The CHAmois Mountaineering Club was founded in 1964 by members of the Countrywide Holidays Association, as a nationally (UK) based mountaineering club. Although its membership of over 200 is widely dispersed, most members live in the northern industrial areas around Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield and Leeds. It is a member club of the British Mountaineering Council and is affiliated to the Rambler's Association. The CHAmois Mountaineering Club covers all ages and both genders, and is organised and run on a fully democratic basis. |
