Explanation: On the way to last month's Skye meet I decided to go a more scenic route & use the Kylerhea ferry rather than the Skye bridge. The boat they use there is the last surviving one of the old Calmac turntable ferries which used to operate at several locations up the West coast of Scotland. In fact this boat is the very one which used to operate the Ballachulish crossing & hence will have been used many times by Chamois members at early meets at CHA Onich.
