Make this site your homepage

To make the CHAmois site your homepage (the first page you see when you launch your browser) follow the instructions for the relevant browsers.

 Netscape Navigator 4+

  1. On the main menu click on Edit then select Preferences
  2. Select Navigator from the category list
  3. type our URL - http://www.chamois.org.uk/

 Internet Explorer 5

  1. On the main menu click on Tools then select Internet Options
  2. Type our URL - http://www.chamois.org.uk/

 Internet Explorer 4+

  1. On the main menu click on View then select Internet Options
  2. Select Homepage from the category list
  3. type our URL - http://www.chamois.org.uk/

 Opera 3+

  1. On the main menu bar click on Navigation and select Set Home.
  2. In the Global Home Page field, type our URL - http://www.chamois.org.uk/
  3. Click OK
  4. On exiting Opera, select the Save Windows checkbox.
  5. On launching Opera, you will need to click on Home in the toolbar.

 Internet Explorer 3+

  1. On the main menu click on View then select Internet Options
  2. Select Navigation from the category list

  1. On the main menu click on Options then select General Preferences
  2. Select Navigator from the category list

  1. On the main menu click on View then select Options
  2. Select Navigation from the category list

  1. On the main menu click on Edit then select Preferences
  2. Select Navigator from the category list

 Internet Explorer for Apple Macintosh

  1. On the main menu click on Edit then select Preferences
  2. Select Web browser from the category list followed by home/search
  3. type our URL - http://www.chamois.org.uk/ - as your homepage

 America Online 3+

  1. On the main menu click on Members then select Preferences
  2. Select WWW icon from the category list
  3. type our URL - http://www.chamois.org.uk/ - as your homepage
