✅ Key Booking Conditions

Accommodation

• Self‑catered, hostel‑style unstaffed mountaineering hut
• 43 beds in total
• Group bookings only (minimum 10 beds)
• Minimum stay: 2 nights
• No on‑site staff, reception, catering, or daily servicing
• Groups are responsible for check‑in, cleaning, and securing the hut

Group Use & Safeguarding

• Groups with under‑18s: A whole centre booking is required for safeguarding reasons
• Shared use: If the whole centre is not booked, rooms will be allocated and other groups may be present in the hut

Pricing

• £18 per person, per night

Deposits & Payments

• Deposit: 25% of the booking or £100 (whichever is greater)
• Balance due: 28 days before arrival
• Deposits refundable up to 28 days before the booking date
• Cancellations after this period forfeit the deposit

Whole Centre Bookings

• Friday & Saturday: £650 per night (£15.10 per bed)
• Sunday–Thursday: £600 per night (£13.95 per bed)
