Agnes Spencer Hut, Patterdale
Meet Date: January 15th - January 18th, 2027Stay for as many or as few nights as you would like, due to our reciprocal rights agreement with the Cleveland Mountaineering Club. It is £8 per person per night for Chamois members, simply transfer the money after your stay. The hut is at Grisedale Bridge, CA11 0PJ, grid reference NY391162. It has a well-equipped kitchen, lounge with stove for heating, shower and drying room. Sleeping accommodation is shared sleeping platforms in two rooms that can sleep up to 20 people. You need to bring all bedding (warm sleeping bag) and tea towels. There are plenty of options for winter walking, and maybe even some climbing if conditions allow. Looking for a volunteer to be a key holder … and having a coordinator would be handy … so please volunteer.
