Picos de Europa, Backpacking
Meet Date: October 05th - October 13th, 2026This backpacking trip is in the Pico’s staying in different hotels or B&B’s every night, and one night in a refuge ... and if we are lucky we may get an amazing sunset, and a sunrise in the morning.
Seven full days walking ... and a cable car journey.
There is plenty of wildlife in the Picos: chamois, wild horses, and huge griffon vultures… oh, and I believe brown bears and grey wolves can be seen, but they will usually see you first and disappear.
You will have to carry all your kit, so travel as light as you can.
Seven are already booked on this trip, but it may be possible to add others … but don’t leave it too late.
For this trip (B&B + 4 dinners) the standard price is €569 per person in a double room and €772 in a single room. Flights and transfers are extra.
